A twin engined dive bomber to add some diversity to my Russian air support. It's been ages since I last built an Airfix aircraft kit and this one was well moulded and was easy to assemble.
Yes modern kits such as Hobbyboss are great for fast assembly, but it can be difficult sometimes to model them with the undercarriage up. The Airfix Pe-2 is a good example of a well designed old school kit.

That looks great. I went through a phase of sticking planes together last year. The newer kits are really something aren't they?
